My son took us here for a family celebration. The food was great and service was excellent. Highly recommended

The most authentic and delicious Mexican restaurant in (actually outside of) the Montreal area! Fresh ingredients and truly authentic dishes - NOT tex mex! Simply delicious menu and the drinks are awesome! Ambiance and decor will really make you feel as though you're in Mexico. This restaurant is a true gem :)

Excellent Mexican food. The food is a work of art. Service with respect to getting drinks to the table in good time can be improved, but a real gem. The atmosphere is dynamic and transporting. The service staff are friendly and charming.

While driving back from Elora, we wanted to stop off at a cute place to grab a drink and relax. Googling, we came across this place with pretty good reviews so we decided to try it.We only came here for the drinks, so obviously can't comment on the food. We ordered one of their weekend special drinks.

Small but very comfortable and nice restaurant. The personal is friendly and works fast. And of course they have a lot of delicious food and drinks.

Delicious and authentic Mexican. Difficult to order for first time, insanely long waits. Beautiful seating though facing the river. Higher pricing, but staff need to be able to dedicate some time with customers to explain the menu. We got tiny tiny bites for a meal. Sadly got sick when I got home unexpectedly. Body rejected food. I will be going back, to try it again in the future though because it was excellent and I should try something else. Waited one hour though to get the bill to leave and about 45 minutes to order!

Never again. Ordered a burrito. On the plate was a burrito and nothing else, no salad or rice. Not cheap in price only in plating.

Excellent and delightful food, I like the ambience the place has, and the workers were welcoming. I will definitely visit here again.

The food and drinks are outstanding, and the pager they give you so you know when your seat is ready is very practical. Go to ye olde while you wait, and once your seated, hopefully you're with someone you enjoy talking to, because the service isn't the fastest by any means, which is their only downside IMO.

The Best Mexican food I’ve ever had! I can’t vouch for the entire menu but the shrimp wrapped in bacon and the enchilada El Cactus are out if this world. However it can be a bit expensive especially if you order drinks (also amazing). There is also not a lot of room inside and it fills up quick so come early if you can!

This place is an absolute must if you enjoy mexican food.Be prepared to wait for a table and that's no joke. Like be prepared to go to the pub across the street for a beer or two before you get in.Parking is also a pain, totally worth it.

This is the BEST and most authentic Mexican restaurant in the Montreal area. It is a small, hidden gem. I have had pretty much everything on the menu and you cannot go wrong, no matter what you have.

Good vibe, great service, the place is decorated with some of art coming from Mexico, is had some examples of the traditional Mexican decorations, the food is great, so far one of the best Mexican food I tried here in Montreal Quebec. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Spouse and I decided to try this restaurant on a Sunday night while in Chateauguay. Firstly it is very busy as we had to eat at the bar even if we arrived before 18h00. Note that they do not take reservations for only 2 people and close during winter for a few months. That particular night was a special tapas night with a set menu decided by the chef who surprised us with 8 delicious tapas. Sitting at the bar, we were able to see Geneviève in action (that girl can mix a good drink in record time). Cocktail list is impressive while wine list is OK. Prices are very reasonable for the meal and drinks we got. All in all an enjoyable experience

We had an excellent meal and service this week. Staff were knowledgeable about the ingredients and prompt. The line up starts before opening at 5 pm and parking in the immediate area is very limited. Food was decent and priced comparable to others. Will returnM

Food was reasonably priced and worth every penny but found the drinks to be overpriced which can definitely inflate your bill. Get there early because the place gets packed and space is limited. It definitely has a reputation for good dining and the decor will remind you of a Mexican Cantina.The staff is very friendly and accommodating and very attentive.

This place is a gem. The food is great and the service is also great. It's sad to know that they will be closing their doors in December 2019.

Super lively atmosphere, tons of fun cocktails and the food was amazing. There was a line when we arrived at about 6:45 on a Saturday night but we only waited 25 minutes or so for 2. The watermelon & chorizo salad was interesting and really flavorful. The Mediterranean Seabass, on special, was light and citrusy with tons of complimenting flavors, definitely our favorite. And the filet carpaccio was delicious. No complaints!!

We had a great time. The waitress was busy but very helpful. Worth the wait and if you are in the hood, do go.

Definitely worth the drive. Friendly staff to compliment the excellent Mexican food! Great decor too!

The closest thing I've gotten to authentic Mexican cuisine north of the border. However, you will not be paying authentic Mexican prices. Be prepared to do some overtime to cover the bill.
